Catering Hookah Battle
A brand-new project for hookah catering teams, where participants share their best cases and showcase the unique aspects of their work.
Stages of Participation:
1. Team Registration
- Submit your application to join the project.
2. Video Preparation
- Record a horizontal video (2–5 minutes).
- Share your hookah catering case: an unusual location, special circumstances, or a unique way of organizing the process.
- Showcase your service highlights: equipment, hookah models, tobacco brands you use, and your approach to work.
3. Submission
- Send your completed video to the HookahBattle team.
4. Publication & Results
- In November 2025, all video entries will be featured as part of the Catering Hookah Battle show on the project’s official platforms.

Key points for participating in Hookah Battle Catering 2025
This is an online event for those who organize catering and hookahs on location.

3. Video presentation
Tell us about your most memorable and exciting experience organizing and providing hookah catering, and add footage from that event to the video. Don’t forget to say a few words about yourself and where you are from.
Deadline: November 30, 2025
Video parameters:
- a) full HD – 1920*1080
- b) horizontal format
- c) video length from 2 to 5 minutes.
- d) in English or any other language, but with English subtitles.
